About us:

The main area of the activity of the company "YUKKA" - development, implementation and after-sales service of automatic process control systems. Company "YUKKA" is founded in 2008. Engineers involved in the development and implementation of our projects have years of experience working with modern electronics and automation systems.

Main areas of automation for our company are the following:

• industrial cameras (ovens, dryers, line of impregnation, vacuum systems, climatic chambers);
• multiple conveyer systems (transportation, orientation, packing and warehousing);
• weighing controllers (loose, dusty and small-piece products);
• boilers and heating stations (fuel feed systems, control of the temperature of the heat-bearing agent, exhauster, removal of slag);
• Building Management Systems - BMS (air conditioning, heating, ventilation, water supply, lighting).

We use programmable logic controllers (PLC) of well-known manufacturers in our projects:

• Unitronics – (Jazz, M90, Samba, Vision);
• Mitsubishi – (MELSEC-F, MELSEC-Q);
• IDEC – (SmartAXIS);
• Telemecanique – (Twido, Modicon);
• Siemens – (1200, 200, 300).

Projects implemented:

• PLC programming (up to 320 I/O) - 308 pieces;
• producing of automation control cabinet (up to 150kW) - 191 pieces;
• cabinets projected - 248 pieces;
• adjustment of frequency converters (up to 250kW) - 182 pieces.
